We were founded in 1690 and our site and buildings are all very old but despite these challenges, we have solar panels, an fast E-Car Charger and a ground source heat pump as well as a range of recycling and biodiversity initiatives set up by our Eco committee and Plastic free committee to help make our school as clean and green as possible.  We have awards and recognition as a Plastic Free School and also received our Eco-School Green Flag Award in 2025 and we are now looking into ways to improve the bio-diversity of our site.
